Hello from still sunny Pembrokeshire. What a week for weather. It has been truly wonderful being outside without a coat on, having dry roads and doing some gardening. I have taken full advantage of this, and done less than I usually do indoors.
However, there has been crafting, including Easter Basket Crafts. If you would like to join in with this weekly tour around crafty workspaces, then go to Stamping Ground and add your blog post to the list.
Firstly, I had a tag to make for our monthly challenge at the craft shop in Milford Haven. I also had the new Pixie Burst powders from Creative Expressions to play with, so combined the two (link for these in my blog post HERE). I had a set of very cute ‘succulent’ stamps from Sticker Kitten, which were waiting for the right project, and this was the time.
Just look at these colours!

Then, at my usual Tuesday Papercraft Group, I caught up and made the box for the Thank You cards (also shown in my last WOYWW post). A sturdy box with a magnet closure. Will definitely be making more of these.

Our main make was this really cute Easter Basket. Quite simple to make once I got my brain working and stopped making mistakes! I am thinking of making similar but dog-themed ones for dog biscuits – would sell well for the dog rescue groups.

Finally, my first Craft Journals are now published on Amazon.
I hope everyone is well and getting some crafty time.
Until next time.
I LOVE those colours on the tags, they are glorious! You make some fantastic things at your craft group, I’d like to know how to make that box with the magnet closure, you could use that for anything! And the Easter Basket is really pretty too, the doggy version is a great idea.

Loving your Easter basket and the tag too. The box looks useful too. Sounds like you had a good time at the Paper Craft Group. It’s been sunny here but cooler and raining too, just waiting for the snow and we’ll have had it all. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww. Hugs, Angela x13x
